5 Essentials for Every Ministry

It doesn’t matter what area of ministry you serve in, these 5 things are absolutely essential: cross

  1. Evaluate everything…constantly.
  2. Establish core elements (mission/values, program, systems, etc.).
  3. Equip others to lead & serve.
  4. Encourage others in their personal & ministry lives as they lead & serve.
  5. Enlarge your vision for ministry as God blesses your efforts.

And a bonus point…but perhaps the most important for any ministry leader:

      6.    Embrace soul care!

More to come on all of these!

Love the summary of the basic must haves. Look forward to how you will lay out the layering of each of these.

Thanks, Todd. Though basic, I have found that we often need reminders and/or just flat out miss one or more of the areas. Have you found that to be true? Foundational principles lead the way to deeper and even more impactful ministry, our ultimate goal.

Yes I have found that to be true. I love reminders and sometimes just visiting the basics again because they are what everything else is built upon.
