It doesn’t matter what area of ministry you serve in, these 5 things are absolutely essential: 
- Evaluate everything…constantly.
- Establish core elements (mission/values, program, systems, etc.).
- Equip others to lead & serve.
- Encourage others in their personal & ministry lives as they lead & serve.
- Enlarge your vision for ministry as God blesses your efforts.
And a bonus point…but perhaps the most important for any ministry leader:

Yes I have found that to be true. I love reminders and sometimes just visiting the basics again because they are what everything else is built upon.
