Today is my son Garret’s 12th birthday. It seems just yesterday I was looking into his eyes for the very first time, amazed at God’s creation. It’s been 12 years and he is well on the way to becoming everything Michele & I have hoped for. He is a blessing because he is:
- A God-lover – he has a great heart for God & for being an authentic lover of God

- A young man of character – he genuinely seeks to do the right thing in most circumstances (sure, he’s still a kid, but he’s wants to do the right thing, and it shows!)
- Intelligent, fun, engaging and, according to his Mom, strikingly handsome!
Ok, I’ll admit I’m a little bias, but I also know my son. Today, on his 12th birthday, I am an incredibly blessed Dad because of this young man!
