Kidmin360

If you know me at all you know I am all about Children’s Ministry, or “Kidmin” as it’s often called these days.  My lifetime calling is “to obey Jesus’ command to ‘make disciples’ by reaching the lives of children everywhere through whatever means the Lord allows.” I’ve been pursuing this calling for over 20 years.  For most of that time, it’s been as a Children’s Pastor.  I love the church! I love being a Children’s Pastor! The funny thing is that most people don’t realize that being a Children’s Pastor is really about developing adult leaders – equipping others to do the work of the ministry.  That’s truly what I love to do.

As I move forward, I will be doing this – equipping leaders – through a new avenue:  Kidmin360.  I’m excited about what lies ahead, and about helping churches grow their Kidmin by growing their leaders.
